I started HRT 3 months ago for peri symptoms. I feel amazing during the cyclical utrogestan phase (days 15-26) but then begin to get increasing daily headaches/ear pressure and low mood from at least day 6 until I go back on utrogestan. I have a review coming up and wondering if I need to request to go continuous or maybe go on mirena coil? Periods still very regular but have PCOS also.
