New grad nurse here, just wondering if anyone else is having a hard time getting an interview? Anyone know when hospitals will start to hire again? I’ve applied to almost 75 jobs and haven’t heard back for an interview for any. I have been working on gaining more certificates, and have some good experience for a new grad. Any help is appreciated, thank you :)
