The idea I propose is that instead of neon having no bonus speed at all, the 1st 3 or so jumps have the bonus speed like per nerf, then the rest loses momentum. This way she can't infinitely fast sprint but it dosent kill her entirely. Or maybe even the 1st 4 jumps are normal then it falls off from there.
