Hey, is anyone aware if they are hiring at this Philippines bases company?

I’ve never been so happier. I left my job 2 months ago for a better opportunity but was put on hold for I don’t know how long. Cleared so many other interviews and assessments at another companies, still no response.

But June came with a ray of hope. Some new assessments/interviews on my calendar and the first one I give, I got selected and even got the offer letter.

But but but, the pay is half of what I used to get, though it is a remote job. I still don’t know if my vulnerability is making me settle for less but waiting for some other opportunity and being rejected and eventually sad won’t be of any use, right.

You know what hurts the most, leaving your unstable job for another job because they wanted immediate hiring and you literally cleared 3 interviews along with one assessment. At last they shortlist you but you are being told that the vacancies have decreased and you will be considered for the next batch.

2 months later, no update about the new batch.

You start applying somewhere else, cleared all interviews assessments and then being told they will reach out to you after interviewing all candidates.

1 month later, no update.

You are depressed to the point where you don’t know what to do, applied to over 100 companies got no response. It is my fault that I took a chance and wanted to do something good for my self.
