2019 Rav4 or 2021 Mazda CX-5 as my first car?

I'm still car hunting, and these two are my current options. They're in the same price range on FB Marketplace. I'm looking for a reliable car, and I believe both are reliable. I just want to hear your thoughts on which one would be the better choice for long-term ownership.

How did you choose the dishes for your crew meals?

We're currently trying to finalize the menu for our crew meals, and we're feeling a bit lost. We have our supplier, Chef Anthony's, lined up, but we have no idea which dishes to select for our suppliers. The choices are basically chicken, beef, pork, or fish.

For any couples here, how did you make this decision?

  • Did you just pick what you thought was the safest option (like chicken)?
  • Did you ask your suppliers if they had any allergies or preferences beforehand?
  • Are there any types of meals you'd recommend staying away from?

We'd love to know what you ended up serving and if you have any tips that can help us make a good choice. Thanks so much for your help

Is this 2020 Rav4 a good deal or too good to be true?

I'm car hunting right now and I stumbled upon a listing for a 2020 RAV4 with 58k kilometers for 860k pesos. I've been looking at 2018-2020 Fortuner or HR-V Turbo variants, but this one caught my eye. Is this a good deal?

2018 Fortuner V 2.4L or 2022 HR-V V Turbo at 1M pesos

I found these two vehicles on FB Marketplace, both priced at 1M. Which one do you think will give me the best value for my money and last the longest? Please don't suggest buying brand new, I have an existing home loan

The Fortuner has 38k km, and HR-V has 10k. I really like how the HR-V looks, but I'm not sure if it will last as long as the Fortuner. I know both are great options, but I want to know which one truly gives me my money's worth.

My father asked me to renew his car registration this month because he is too busy to go to the LTO. I found out that you can renew online, but when I checked his LTO portal, the car was not listed. This means I have to visit a physical branch. I also tried to buy CTPL insurance through GCash, but I stopped because my name appeared as the insured person since my father does not have an account. Is it okay to buy CTPL for my father if the car details are correct? Also, can I renew the registration for him and link the vehicle to his portal account at the same time?

I plan to buy a car soon because I will be settling down in a few months. I haven't picked a specific brand yet, but I am open to a sedan, hatchback, or SUV. I want a model from 2020 or newer that is durable enough to last a long time. However, please do not suggest a Toyota Wigo, my parents had one, and I did not enjoy the driving experience.

Do you think I will have many options in this year range? I want to avoid buying a brand new car if it is above my budget because I already have a home loan and cannot afford to add another high monthly payment.
