What might cause these results?

What might cause these results?

25f.
I was in the er yesterday after days worth of stomach and mid back pain that comes and goes and vomiting. It didn’t feel like I had a stomach bug or anything because no diarrhea and I wasn’t particularly nauseous. It was like my pain would spike and then I’d vomit.

These were my bloodwork results from yesterday. When 2 weeks prior, my Crp was normal.

CRP 77.1
Neutrophils 9.5
WBC 13.6

The doctor was initially concerned about appendicitis as when he did an exam of my abdomen I was extremely tender in my lower right area. But the CT scan and x ray were clear.

They gave me iv fluids and iv pain meds and then sent me home with strict instructions to return if anything worsens.

What could this be from? Could levels be this elevated with a simple virus? Like if I was getting sick but didn’t know it yet you know?

Help please!

Concerning?

Are these numbers concerning?

I’m only getting these low numbers when laying down. When I’m sitting up or standing I have normal blood pressure.

However, I have been lightheaded for the past couple weeks. Just a general fogginess continuously and weak and tired. Just not feeling good.
I’ve been hydrating and eating.

I had bloodwork done and an ecg and that’s normal.

Is this concerning that it happens when I’m laying down trying to rest??

Low blood pressure?

25f 200lbs. No smoking or drinking.

I’m on Wegovy for weight loss, 0.5mg weekly but I have not changed the dose since November.

What might cause low blood pressure and symptoms?

In my past I have always been told I have perfect blood pressure. Somewhere around 115/75.

For the past 2-3 weeks I have been feeling awful. I have a general feeling of fogginess/lightheadedness. Everything feels mildly blurry and weird.
I also get these “waves” of lightheadedness where I feel like I’m going to pass out (vision dimming, heart racing, sweating and nausea).
These waves happen randomly, it’s not like when I stand up or sit up. It’s random. While I’m driving, while I’m laying down, anything.

I just feel generally out of it. Like as if I’m on some sort of drug, just kind of not fully there. Floaty and blurry. If that makes sense?

I have been checking my blood pressure and the reading in the photo is from when I was relaxing this morning trying to make the symptoms I’m feeling go away.
When I stand or sit up my blood pressure increases to almost normal. But when I’m laying down relaxing is when my blood pressure plummets.

Edit:
I have had bloodwork other than iron checked and everything is normal. Doctor also said ecg was normal. I feel crazy

Tonsil infected???

24f. No health conditions.

Recently I got a cold from my toddler. I had a fever for the first time in years (38.3C orally). The fever was only for one evening a couple nights ago and no fever since.
I have the typical other symptoms: runny nose, cough, sore throat. My throat isn’t any more sore than usual, however, I noticed that on one side my tonsil appears to be bloody. I did gently touch it with a q tip and there was a bit of pink blood that was on the q tip. It didn’t hurt much at all to touch.

Is that normal? I’ve never had a bleeding tonsil.
