Hiring manager issue
I am wondering why some persons get faster responses than others. My first contract happened within 24 hours basically because i got an invitation to apply. Unfortunately the project lasted only 7 days but I was able to get 9 sign offs which was amazing. My other interviews have been awaiting the hiring manager.... This could be really frustrating especially when others share how they got picked with 2 days. It really took so much to complete these interviews and having to wait forever considering one is certified and ready to work could be demotivating
It will be of great help if filled positions are taken out from the list so people can spend time taking productive interviews rather than waiting for longer time and getting a message not selected.
I will appreciate it if my completed interview is given quick intervention as I have gotten a hang of the ai process after several days of research and sleepless nights. The waiting period is killing me I just need to get working to explore more.
