This is Elliot Stole-your-Wig. He was formally Elliot Ludwig, he always had a weird obsession with hair and wigs. One day, he went crazy and mysteriously went missing. Everyone including all of the Playtime Co. employees just assumed he died or ran away, leaving Leith Pierre to take his position. But it turns out that Elliot has turned into a magical girl and became a serial killer and murders innocent people and then steals their hair and adds it to his own head. Elliot has completely gone insane and unhinged as he also crawls around on all fours like an animal. He can completely control every strand of his hair like extra limbs. Somehow, he found out about The Hour of Joy and went back to the Playtime Co. factory to see what was happening, killing a couple of people and stealing their hair on the way as well. Once he saw what was happening, he quickly joined in The Hour of Joy and killed so many people and stole their hair. All the experiments and Bigger Bodies fear him, not The Prototype though, he just finds Elliot disturbing.
