• Must-haves: AC (or permission to install one) and total privacy (no nosy/conservative landlords).
• Budget: Under ₹8k–10k if possible.
• Areas open to: Patia, Niladri Vihar, Sailashree Vihar, Sikharchandi, Raghunathpur, or near KIIT.
