Sulfur Burpssss

Second time ever vomitting on ozempic. The first time I honestly thought I got too high and ate too many sun chips (I mean, it didn’t help lol).

This time I just woke up unwell. Nauseous, heady, not quite sure what was wrong. Then the sulfur burps happened. I cancelled on work meeting to try to feel better but then I was able to go back into work and finish my day. As soon as I got home I started feeling like I was going to vomit again.

I finally did and I feel better but damn!

When you guys feel like this (if you do) do you try to make yourself throw up?

i officially hate food and it's not going well

I have been on Ozempic since August. I'm losing weight (40 lbs!) and I don't have many side effects going on. But I'm pretty food-averse in general. I would rather starve than myself than prepare food for myself. And now that NOTHING looks/sounds appealing I'm struggling. And also some how gained weight this week probably because of my unpredictable eating.

What EASY meals have worked well for you? What do you avoid?

Looking for info on rooms to rent, places to be if the weather is bad (even if it’s not over night). Any sort of assistance. I know the Salvation Army in town just shut down their shelter in order to pivot to a “prevention” program. I also heard they moved from a public transportation/bus system to using and app for vans? Because I’m not located in NC I don’t really know the scoop… so I’m looking for some help from the internet! Thanks in advance.
