So I work at this restaurant as server and they want to promote me to bartender, but still keep me as a server as well. So my question is, are my serving tips able to be used to cover my hourly bartending? They are deemed separate positions in this restaurant. Any help would be appreciated!!
Is anybody’s else conflicted at the moment with this? The fact that they decided to not take the movie to theaters and then redecided to only release it in theaters in LA and NY is crazy to me. To me it feels like they only did that so they could get nominated for awards. Other parts of me kinda agree. I want the artists to be celebrated for their hard work (they always will be in my eyes). The other part of me thinks that they’ll make more money through paramount+, and are doing it for a money grab. I haven’t crunched the numbers myself, nor seen the numbers side by side due to other’s work. I’ve just been apart of this fandom for so long I don’t want to point fingers. I live in a state that it isn’t practical to go to the theaters to watch, but I really want to support this project. I really want to hear others’ opinions!
