compression is a game changer

after a decade of no help from doctors i got my diagnosis last summer and was put on medications to try (propranolol then ivabradine) with no luck. my heart rate was lower but i still felt unwell more often than not

i started using shapewear shorts for abdominal compression and i’ve noticed way a more of a manageable improvement. even though it doesn’t massively decrease my tachycardia, i honestly feel much more stable. at the very least it’s much easier to be upright for longer. it feels so nice to be able to go out without worrying how long i’ll be stood for, or if there’ll be plenty of places to sit

has anyone else found compression to be their go to treatment after trying alternatives??

i’ve recently been prescribed grade one compression stockings and if anyone has any tips on how to keep them from rolling down though it’d be much appreciated!

any ideas for coarse hand spun yarn uses?

i’ve just finished chain plying this yarn. i like to collect wool stuck on trees/fences on hikes so i’m completely clueless to any sheep breeds it comes from
this wool is super rough/coarse. i might try dying it to finally attempt acid dyes (advice on those is appreciated)
if anyone has any project ideas please share them! i still have some wool to wash and spin so ill have a decent amount at the end of it
