Do you consider the first book well-written?

A lot of us are saltines about lots because SJM is a questionable writer at times... but the first book is the one that hooked us all— so *do you consider it well-written?*

I'm starting to reread the first book now and im writing in some annotations for my own fun, but im also just curious if this book could be inspiration for inspiring writers?

Is there any purple prose? Good character arcs? Developed plot? Thoughts?

Lip combo recs for this look??

I love sabrina carpenters makeup look, but specifically her lips. I was wondering if anyone had any good pale olive friendly lip products for this look?

I think im more warm leaning, but I'd appreciate some neutral recs if you have those as well.

Also no lip product is worth over $30 so maybe budget friendly too...?

Hey!! Im going to the show in halifax this Friday (omg yay!!)

I am planning to buy this sweater at the merch table early, but just in case it's not available when I get there... anyone know how these fit if I buy it online?

Im usually a womens medium/large, but mens/unisex sizing is always a gamble because they're usually sized for lanky tall men (in my past experience)

Anyways super excited !!!
