I just started working security and im being offered the opportunity to work as a tactical guard. I've liked the sites ive worked so far which have just been office buildings. Im curious what tactical security really entails? Is it alot more patrolling/outdoor work? More dangerous sites?

I think it pays more but not that much more so im curious if its even worth it, esp if im not looking to stay in security long term. Any info on going from normal security to tactical would be appreciated. In Canada btw.

One comment said the 1k people get $20 each. If anyone knows what the 10k, 100k or mill people split id love to know.
