Has anyone taken prucalopride and ibsrela together?

Has anyone taken triphala while also taking prucalopride? Google says not to take both at the same time but prucalopride isn’t working enough to help constipation and i’ve already tried everything else. If anyone has taken both of these at the same time i’d love to know how it went
