Missed flight/ reimbursement question
We missed our flight due to staff at the checked bags (we were on time) this caused us to have to pay $800 for a new same day flight. I talked to support staff via chat and the basically keep saying I was marked as a no-show even though we made it to the gate and even arrived before departure time. Now we will be stuck at an airport from 6:30am to 8pm, with a baby and toddler. Does anyone have any tips on getting some kind of reimbursement?
