I recently had a house viewing (to buy) in Hauxton. Prior to attending the viewing I went to the Porsche dealership to kill time and they advised me not to buy/be careful buying in Hauxton due to the previous pesticide factory which affected the soil quality. I have tried searching this but cannot find much information on this and it all looks reassuring. I was wondering if any locals would have any input regarding this.
