Hey y’all, I’m having trouble finding a tattoo artist in and around Sacramento with experience working on black skin tones. I don’t want to risk someone experimenting on me. Any suggestions or guidance would be great. I’d hate to fly to Atlanta, but it’s the closest talented artist I’ve seen on Instagram. I’m sure that’s not the case, but I wish there were apps that connect you with artists who do the type of artwork you want. Thanks!
