GO Ultra Quick Release Mount issue — normal or defect?
Has anyone experienced this with the Insta360 GO Ultra + Quick Release Mount?
My unit is almost unused and has never been dropped or damaged.
When the Quick Release Mount is attached to the Action Pod, the flip screen cannot properly close with normal pressure. Insta360 support told me a slight push at the end is “normal,” but on my unit it requires much more force and honestly feels like it could break if I push harder.
Has anyone else experienced similar hinge or mount interference issues?
Did Insta360 repair or replace your unit in the end?
