My friend and I want to start a podcast. We understand the work it takes to do it. But can anyone give me what someone can earn off having a podcast. I don’t even know what the scale is for earnings off a podcast. It would be a visual pod on all platforms. Just trying to learn the business side of having a podcast

Can anyone tell me what equipment Erin foster and Sara foster use on their podcast . Looks like a Shure microphone but how do you use it with the corded Apple headphones they use. Any help ?
