Salon recommendations for upstyling/hair styling?

**For Hair STYLING, not hair cuts/perms/etc.**

Planning to get my hair styled for an upcoming occasion but I don't need the hair stylist to come to be to get my hair done.

The only other information I could find was Blush Girl in Holden Hill and other mobile hair and makeup artists (who look to be more wedding focused).

I'm struggling to find a hair salon that doesn't just offer blow-dry and curls, I want my hair either completely up or maybe a half-up style.

Also am a bit budget conscious but have no idea what $ to expect. Any suggestions please?

Jeju-do… Where to book my stay?

Feeling incredibly overwhelmed… I have a trip in November for Korea which includes a 5 day stay in Jeju-do.
I’ve never been before but I have researched a lot of the shops and sights to visit.
I also plan to rent a car with my friend so we don’t have to worry about public transport.
My issue however is figuring out where to stay… 😭

I know somewhere in Jeju City (ideally near the airport for easy start and end to the trip) and Seogwipo… But what about the east and west?
Is it naive to think if I just pick a general nice area wherever, I will have ample time to be able to drive around and visit these randomly dotted around shops and sights?

I have included a rough guide of my Google Maps spots so far to give you an idea of how random these locations are.

I also have some of the generic tourist areas in mind (which are not in the map)… But my friend is suggesting that we could just pick a place and be able to drive around either while we go from A to B hotel location or day trips around the island (then returning to the same hotel).

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Best value takeaway dinner?

I know the cost of everything has gotten up, but I’m sick of being disappointed for ordering portions that would’ve previously fed 4 + leftovers to now barely enough for 2.

What’s your best dinner takeaway shop that’s delicious and great for value?

Not too fussed on travel if it’s worth it.
