New Military Spouse Seeking Advice on MyCAA

Hi everyone,

Im a new military spouse and looking for some advice on MyCAA. I already have a bachelor’s degree and hope to pursue a Master’s in Project Management in the future. Are there any certifications, certificate programs, or associate degrees through MyCAA that could help prepare me for that path?

I’d appreciate any recommendations or experiences. Thanks!

Immigrant Seeking Career Advice: Certifications or Master’s Degree?

I’m an immigrant in the U.S. with a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations.

I want to build skills that are in demand and can open more career opportunities in the future. Which I realized my background is not really good for the market.

If you were starting over today, what skills, certifications, or degree programs would you invest in that employers consistently need?

My goal is to build a stable career and earn at least $60,000+ per year.

Flying Domestic with Pending AOS + Military ID for Husband’s Graduation. Anyone with Similar Experience?

I’m planning to fly from Salt Lake City to Oklahoma in a few weeks for my husband’s military graduation, and I’m feeling a little nervous about the airport/TSA process.

I wanted to see if anyone here has been in a similar situation.
My situation:
-Overstayed my B2 visa
-Currently have a pending AOS (marriage-based to a U.S. citizen), we submitted a month ago
-Already completed biometrics few weeks ago
-No EAD yet
-No driver license or temporary state ID yet

I do have my valid passport and military dependent ID. I know TSA mainly checks identity, but I keep overthinking whether traveling domestically while AOS is pending could cause issues or extra questioning.

Has anyone traveled domestically in a similar situation? What documents did you carry with you? Did TSA ask for anything besides ID?

I’d really appreciate hearing real experiences, especially from military spouses or people with pending AOS cases. Thank you.
