I took admission for B.A. and was told on the admission day that the orientation is on 15th and classes start from 16th.. when will we get the details of the orientation and also the timing of classes and other details?

I want to apply for B.A. so I registered with my mobile number and email on the Xavier's website and it says I will receive a mail with my log in credentials but I didn't receive anything. I even mailed them but did not get any response. I have been trying since friday. Can someone please help?
