Cannot log in to Xavier's website

I want to apply for B.A. so I registered with my mobile number and email on the Xavier's website and it says I will receive a mail with my log in credentials but I didn't receive anything. I even mailed them but did not get any response. I have been trying since friday. Can someone please help?

I wish to apply to Xaviers, Jai Hind and Mithibai. I read that for B.A the selection is based on boards marks but it is required to fill in this Pre–Admission Online Registration Form under the University of Mumbai but I can't figure that out, can someone help?
