Implant removal

A month ago I decided to take my implant after having it for almost 7 years. I am 22 and I honestly don’t have a memory of what was to have a period until now! I had my period only 3-4 years before I got the implant. However during the time I had the implant, I did not had any period symptoms, just spotting which wasn’t bad. But now omggggggg i am realizing how it feels! the cramps, my mood, my appetite and specially the gases!!!! I forgot how uncomfortable it is but at the same time, i feel a relief that my body is finally working as it is supposed to.

I’m still trying to find the ways to love my body and being a women. So I want to learn how to properly take care of it. Is there any non invasive period product for medium flow you can recommend me? I don’t want to used tampons because of the metals and bleaching process, and pads are little uncomfortable as I am always leaking, and I want to reduce plastic waste too. I would really appreciate any products or brands suggestions :)
