Grounding issue with my pre-amp

Hi!

I'm writing here because I'm desperate. I've been searching for hours how to fix this issue but I found nothing. I'm really new to this hobby so I have a lot to learn.

I've bought my first turntable (an old Sony PS-LX62), it works just fine, for the speakers I have the Edifier R1280DB. When I first paired them, I noticed that the audio was very low (just on the line part, the bluetooth part works just fine). After a quick research, I understood that I needed a phono pre-amplifier. I bough this one off of Amazon : https://www.amazon.fr/dp/B0CL648L7B?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title

It solved my issue with the sound level, however there is a constant buzzing in my speakers when the pre-amp is on. I also noticed that when I touch the pre amp, it creates a kind of electrical static. For security purposes, I let it unplug. From what I've read, it's because I have to ground it, there is a screw for it. However, I've read that I should ground it to the turntable or to the speakers but none of them have a grounding screw.

My question might be dumb but : what do I ground the pre-amp to? To my electrical board?

I live in France, I don't know if it makes a difference depending on the different electrical grid.

Thanks in advance for any element that might help!
