Mouth gets dehydrated every 3 sets during workout even though I drink water consistently — how do I reduce this?
I’ve noticed that during gym workouts, after every 3 sets or so, my mouth feels extremely dry/dehydrated and I end up drinking water very frequently throughout the session.
The weird part is I already drink water consistently before and during the workout, so I’m not sure why this keeps happening.
What changes helped you reduce excessive thirst/dry mouth during workouts without affecting performance?
