PhishTank.org removal for site that was cleaned three years ago?

Does anyone have experience with getting old/outdated compromises removed from phishtank.org? The site I manage was compromised three years ago (in May 2023); the compromise was remediated and deleted. The site has since been changed, it's hosted elsewhere, there's no listing for it on any standard blocklist databases. However, the listing on phishtank.org persists, and some ISPs use it as a blocklist, to the extent that we have actually changed our main domain to a variant to avoid the issues associated with the phishtank.org listing.

The site directs one to register objections/report false positives at links that say "this site is not a phish" or "something wrong with this submission." neither such link exists, nor has it for at least three years. there is no way to register a new account, and has not been for at least three years. does anyone have any experience or guidance in removing such an ancient report?

Thank you.

2 recommendations for different but interesting podcasts -- "The Expert Witness" from CBC Uncover + "The Slippery" by Nancy Mosciatello and Scott Eldridge

Wanted to share 2 new podcasts that I've really enjoyed as a follower of the scam/corporate malfeasance/real-life conspiracy genre (Swindled, Scamfluencers, Uncover, Scamanda, Unicorn Girl, Bad Blood, Pretend, Queen of the Con, Chameleon, Believe in Magic, Carrie Jade Does Not Exist, et al):

First, the new season from Uncover (full season available on the CBC True Crime Youtube or by paid subscription) of "The Expert Witness," about unproven AI technology (CyberCheck), a corporation called Global Intelligence, and its use and misuse in courtrooms and criminal investigations. At this particular moment, both interesting and important in the focus on skepticism of unproven claims by tech founders and the dangers of such technology in the hands of authorities.

This is more of a longform, investigative podcast which contains new journalism, new interviews, direct research, as generally expected from CBC Uncover.

Second, "The Slippery." This is more of a "Scamfluencers" style case of the week podcast, generally lighter in its content. However, each case has two episodes, including a "debrief" episode that includes a long interview with someone close to the case, whether the journalist who broke the story, a detective who worked on the case, a bankruptcy receiver/accountant who worked on the case, etc, so it's not just repeating otherwise-reported information and facts. Scott and Nancy are the hosts; they were the investigative producers of Scamanda. So far, they've covered a range of cases, including some generally under-covered ones.

Folks who also enjoy this genre may also enjoy these! If you have other new recommended podcasts please share...
