Hi! I need advice.

I’m about to start training as an HVA because I really want to transition into the HVA field. Right now, I already have a part-time non-medical VA job (4 hours a day), which I can manage easily since the tasks are simple. I’m planning to outsource this to my boyfriend.

However, I was recently offered another part-time role (also 4 hours) at the same non-medical VA agency I’m currently with. This new role includes about 1 hour of calls per day.

I’m not sure what to do. Should I also outsource this new role? Has anyone tried outsourcing a job that includes calls?

I’d appreciate any advice.
