Serif or Fyxer?

I've been trying to cut down the time I spend on email every day and came across both of these tools. Curious what you guys actually think about Serif or Fyxer for managing a high volume inbox?

From what I can tell, Fyxer leans more into inbox categorization and meeting notes, while Serif seems more focused on drafting replies that actually sound like you and proactively flagging follow-ups you might miss. That distinction matters to me since my biggest issue is not triage but staying on top of relationships.

Has anyone used either of these long-term? I want something that gets smarter over time, not just sorts emails into buckets. Would genuinely love to hear real experiences before committing.

What's your go-to cheap eat in Sydney lately?

Feels like eating out casually has gotten way more expensive lately so I’ve been trying to find places that are still good value and actually worth going back to.

Looking for a better long term alternative to Fundrise

I used it for a bit after selling a rental property because I wanted something more passive, but I’ve noticed a lot more people lately talking about private credit and infrastructure exposure instead of just real estate.

Feels like the conversation around passive investing has shifted a lot in the last couple years.

Curious what people’s experiences have been long term.

Anyone dealt with an off track garage door in Grand Rapids? Need some guidance.

Came home yesterday to find my door hanging at a weird angle and barely moving. I think one side jumped the track, but I honestly have no idea what caused it. I've been trying to figure out whether this is something I can nudge back myself or if it genuinely needs a pro. Has anyone had to deal with garage door off track repair grand rapids and can share what the process was like, how long it took, or roughly what to expect cost wise? Would really appreciate any real experiences before I start calling around.

I've been trying to diversify beyond just index funds and bonds in my IRA, and I keep hearing about how endowments like Yale and Harvard allocate heavily into private markets. That got me wondering, is there actually a realistic way for someone like me to do the same?

I started looking into how to invest in private equity, but most of what I found either requires being an accredited investor with hundreds of thousands to commit, or it's some sketchy platform offering deals I've never heard of.

Is there a legit way to get institutional-quality exposure without being ultra-wealthy? And how do you even evaluate whether a fund manager actually knows what they're doing? Would love to hear from anyone who's gone down this path.
