I started noticing a yellowing color on my wedding dress last year and wasn’t sure what it was. anyway pulled it out again yesterday and now that yellow has turned into a dark orange rusty color. Do I attempt to blot clean it with oxi clean or take it to a dry cleaners? what do you suggest? obviously my dress is heavily beaded so I want to try and clean it the best it can get without needing to strip any of the beading. i have an A/C unit in the wall and i’m wondering if it would save us more money by turning it off at night and only keeping it on during the day, or if we should just keep it on all day and all night. It’s always on energy saver mode and we keep it at 69° during the day and turn it off at night, but i feel like it has to work extra hard to get our apartment back to 69 especially since it doesn’t get below 70° at night now. If we were keep it on energy saver, turn up the temp to 72 or 73, and never turn it off, would it cost us more money or save us money since it wouldn’t have to work as hard to get the apartment to the right temp? sorry long shpeal, just moved here about 9 months ago so it’s my first summer and I don’t want to pay a crap ton of money to cool off my 1bed apartment.
