What is this rash I suddenly got not sure if it’s a rash as it’s not itchy but it feels like a bruise when I touch it.

I female 19 haven’t done anything out of the ordinary but yesterday I noticed this rash or I’m not sure what to call it but it’s a raised red bump on both legs it’s not itchy at all but sore and hurts it feels like a bruise whenever I press down on it. I’m kind of concerned because it hurts when I touch it should I go to the hospital?

I continue to get this itchy rash the spreads whenever I scratch it.

I keep getting rashes on my legs sometimes it's in between my thighs or behind my calf's. I had previously got this same rash behind my calf's twice and behind my thighs the first time I thought it was because I was shaving so I stoped, it went away then a week later it happened again. I once again let it heal by applying alcohol and moisturizing and I got a prescription for some steroid cream. I stoped wearing tight pants I stoped shaving I changed to natural soaps but nothing helps I have no idea what is causing it l've never had this issue before and it only happens on my legs. Today I felt itchy so I checked and I suddenly had it again. It's very itchy and whenever I scratch it it seems to spread. Could someone please try and identify what kind of rash this is or what may be the cause because I've removed everything that may be causing this, it's been 3 months since it originally started not sure why it heals then starts again. I've booked an appointment but it isn't until June I continue to apply the steroid cream but I'm just not sure what is causing it. It's really disappointing as l've tried everything and have been unable to shave or wear shorts as summer is near and it also scars when it heals, it usually looks worse but I am avoiding scratching it to prevent it from spreading or getting more irritated.
