Beware of cyclebar McCormick ranch
Specifically the location at 7001 North Scottsdale Road, Suite 172. I’ll just post the review I left here, i should have read previous reviews better because apparently this is something they are infamous for.
“Id rate zero stars if I could. Incredibly unprofessional staff. They are either intentionally misleading or just don’t care enough to answer customers. They require a 30 day notice to cancel, however I called an entire week leading up to the 30 days and never once got an answer. In my voicemails I stated I would be moving out of state and want to cancel before the 30 days. Online it states you can cancel over phone or email. When I went in for my next class it was 29 days before renewal. I explained to the girl at the front desk that I have been calling to cancel and she said I needed to sign a paper with that days date. Concerned, I told her again I called a week prior to avoid these extra charges and that online it says you can call to cancel. She told me “that should be fine! We just changed management so I’ll have to have the manager reach out to you if there’s any issue” nobody ever reached out that it was an issue until a couple weeks ago, over a month after I cancelled. I started getting emails saying I owe $199 when I shouldn’t have owed anything. Even after receiving these emails it was nearly impossible to get ahold of management to try and resolve this. I wasn’t even able to attend the month they want me to pay for since I had already moved and could not afford this unexpected charge. Even after communicating with management they refused to listen to my points and are still trying to get me to pay a fee when services were not rendered and I was told “everything should be fine” because I had signed the paper ONE day later than required and nobody bothered to answer my calls/ voicemails. Proceed with extreme caution with this location as I’ve seen other reviews with the exact same issues.”
