Planning to start Monday. Any advice?
I'm a young adult trying to transition out of a largely sedentary academic lifestyle. I've lost 30 pounds in the last year and have at least 30 left to go to feel healthy. I would like to make progress more quickly. This 75 hard community seems to be the external support I've been missing!
Any advice before I get started? I tried to choose a set of rules that are attainable for me every day no matter what, and will push me quickly toward my health goals.
