Hi ,
My I -140 is pending since 17 months and I filed it under EB3-skilled (IOE***) . My country is under 75 countries.
Also got my I-140 & I-175 rejected due to invalid payment method So , missed my filing window.
At, this time
Will it be better to go with F2A as my spouse is GC holder or wait for my PD to be current (20 Dec , 2024)??
I don’t know which way will be better

Hi ,
Yesterday I got mail that my 485 & 175 got rejected because of invalid payment due to incomplete information. So, I missed my filing window period .
What can I do now ?? Is it my fault or lawyer??
Also, my spouse is GC holder,
Is it better to go through f2 or wait my PD to be current??
