Fucking crazy EV drivers

anyone who spots this vehicle.. please just thrash it's idiot driver! and also anyone who can help me with lodging complaint online regarding traffic issues? i can't access the portal .. this MF can and hit our car, we gotta our mirror damaged .Nd then this driver had the audacity to run away and when we chased to ask him to stop ..he tried hitting us again with full speed!! what a mother fucker!!! this happened in Puri bypass road ..!
