I just had an interview today for a job in a relatively large company. I think it went well. Both sides were engaged, and we were laughing. But an hour later, the exact same position, same location, was re-advertised on SEEK and other job-hunting sites.
Am being told that I failed on the interview and that I won't be hired? :") Quite desperate now and really wanted this job.
