I got the Sephora credit card over a month ago. I never got my physical card in the mail so I called customer service, confirmed my address was correct, & they said they would send a new one. It’s been about 2 weeks and I still haven’t received that one either. I’m trying to place an order online and I’d like to use my credit card. I was able to use it online with my first purchase with the 25% discount so I don’t understand why it won’t just automatically let me use the credit card now.
