So am 16m ,one month ago wrote my feelings and experiences down on page ,and that page included my masturbation addiction too, I no longer do that tho.so i forgot to dispose of that page,and that page was found by my mother,she didn't read it back then ,but supposedly my dad saw all of it

He subtly asked me questions related to sexual things,like "what type of videos you watch",etc , etc,

So now me and my dad got into a silly argument... So ig out of rage ,he told my mom ,and now my mom is confronted me,I said to her that I did it for 3 continuous days that too an year ago, now she thinks I'm doing this since that long sigh and now she emotional as hell , what exactly to do rn?
