Has Circular Materials been picking up your recycling?
Ever since Circular Materials took over recycling, my cardboard hasn’t been picked up on two occasions along with many of my neighbours. When I submitted a complaint I was told cardboard boxes need to be flattened, which they have been both times. Wondering if this is happening anywhere else since this private company took over?
