Eating a peach after 70 days of strict carnivore
Today I did something a little different. I’ve been strict carnivore for 70 days, but before the gym today, I ate a small peach just to see if it would help my workout. 🍑A few minutes later, I started sweating like crazy and felt super hot insid like I was burning up! 🔥 This is the first time this has ever happened to me. Anyone know why? lol
