8 month regression?

Looking for advice!

Baby has slept through the night on and off for a few months now. She’s 8.5 months old. We have been schedule obsessed and recently have been trying to not let it rule our lives and not freak out if we stay out past bedtime or anything.

Two weeks ago, we stayed out and did bedtime like 2 hours later than normal. She slept through that night but hasn’t since. I’m sure it’s just a coincidence with that timing but I’m having trouble figuring what else we can do. She is also teething, her first two teeth, those same two weeks is when they started coming through, although she really doesn’t seem bothered by them.

Schedule is awake at 7, first nap 930-1045ish, second nap 2:30-3:30ish, bedtime 7:30. Girly loves to nap and I feel so guilty waking her but I want to keep nights safe as possible except we’ve been having these false start type wakes each night within the first couple hours of falling asleep. 2.5/3.5/4

We originally sleep trained using CIO at 4.5 months fairly successfully. We’ve been lax on keeping up with her falling asleep independently and at this point we are sleep training again. It seems to be working, but I’m looking for other suggestions about schedule, overall sleep, etc. She’s been averaging close to 14 hours total sleep for months now so I feel like that must be declining. We got into a bad habit of giving her a bottle during these wakeups because it usually works to get her back down quickly but we realize we probably created a habit. I’m hoping we just need to break it but curious if there’s any other thoughts out there!

ETA she’s also learned to crawl, sit up, and pull to stand in the last few weeks and also babbles like crazy. Solids intake is a work in progress but formula amounts have remained steady.
