First Backoff, Foxwoods sweaty

So just got backed off of Foxwoods, relatively new to AP life and been putting in an hour here and there over past few weeks at either Mohegan or Foxwoods (normally the 10A-2P window). Put in 3.5hr session yesterday, unrated with $15-$150 bet spread. I Wong out pretty regimentally but try to make it not awkward with the old “dealer is killing me” or “I gotta pee”. Had a hi TC stretch and unfortunately got crushed for $1500 and crawled back $300 before calling it. I’m pretty nonchalant (or at least think I am) and try to space out and watch TV and such without starring at discard tray. I felt some heat yesterday from PB but he never said anything.

Went back to Foxwoods today for a 1-2hr session and wasn’t 6 rounds in got the old tap on the shoulder, “color up, John.” My name isn’t John and I asked him what was going on and why he called me that, said I “look like a John” and to give him an ID so he knew my actual name. I said I didn’t have one and he informed me “you been identified as a card counter and can’t play BJ anymore”. Told him I had seen the movies but not really sure what card counting was, shockingly he didn’t buy it. Since I didn’t give him an ID he had security escort me to cage and out to my car. He’d said I was clearly counting cards because I sat out when the count was low and made aggressive bets when the count was high…

Kinda frustrated that I got burned on session where I lost over a grand and was clearly already pegged (same pit boss today, though he wasn’t the one in the pit I sat at today). I feel my bet spread wasn’t extreme but being middle aged white dude at casino at noon does kinda stick out. Am I fried at Mohegan too? How do I avoid getting backed off there too? Annoyed that all the training for this went to waste without real clean up but also can just take the show on the road where I care less about being burned. Do I need to play bad counts rather than Wonging so aggressively? I am local to these two Indian reservations so a shame I just lost one, played unrated and minimal bet spread to avoid this, clearly didn’t work… let’s hear the r/ experts thoughts
