Scoby hotel Degrading?
I had this hotel for 3+ years, and I have not been adding 1-2 cups back from evey 1st ferment..
Everytime the liquid decreases I just add a new batch of brew tea only!
Is that the issue im having for my 2nd ferment not being carbonated?
