"Are you sharing your Adobe account?" Pop Up

This pop up is driving me absolutely mad. Every time it pops up, THERE'S NO WAY TO EXIT OUT. I have to force quit the pop up every time, and it crashes any adobe product I have open. Eventually, adobe will boot me out of all my apps, and FORCE ME to change my password to continue using the products I've purchased. I've cycled through so many passwords, I can't remember what they are anymore. This is making me feel like a criminal for using my own, very expensive, purchase.

Is there any way to disable this message?? Security or setting changes? At the very least, this pop up should direct me immediately to account management, and show me what devices are "on". I'm more than happy to turn one "off" and continue working.
