Wplace griefer has not been banned for hours.

Here I have a griefer who has placed transparent pixels across several artworks (see image) in NYC. I reported him hours ago and you haven't done anything; this person hasn't been banned yet. His name is in the image below. Or can people at least help report this person so that it leads to a ban?

Wplace Griefing Problems

Everyone on Wplace has probably noticed that the new rules are no longer in effect; Wplace has become too lenient with its new reporting guidelines. Even minor damage to artwork doesn't result in a ban, even though it would have led to a ban under the old rules. This shows how lenient Wplace has become. Why isn't Wplace doing anything about it? I've reported several instances of significant grief in the last few days, but Wplace isn't taking any action!
