Urgent help please
This is the first time I'm ever posting on Reddit and I'm getting desperate here. I don't know what to do and my anxiety is eating away my brain.
I have a small kitten (roughly around 1 month old), that's having these symptoms:
Breathing fast
Not eating/drinking much
Lethargic? If thats the right term. She's mostly sleepy
It's currently evening where I'm from and all vet clinics I've tried to contact near me are either closed or their doctor is off. The ones that ARE open are stupidly far away from my home.
The things that me and my sibling has done to try and help her are:
Unsuccessfully force feed her at least a small amount of milk (she complains when we try)
Try and stimulate her genitals hoping it's just constipation (nothing happened)
Isolate her from her sisters (she has two) from outside (where we usually keep them) to inside the house.
Please give us advice on what to do for now until we get her to the vet tomorrow morning.
Things about the kitten that might help you all:
We're pretty sure she's the runt of her litter. Despite getting the same amount of food everyday, she remains small.
She's got an unusually larger head than the others. We figured its because of genes but maybe it's something else?
If any of you has advice please reply. We desperately need help.
