My previous intern (undergrad) got this during his commencement last week.

I want to talk about this to our manager because I want to give him more leverage to him when returning to our office next month. Do you think senior positions would know about this award rather than being an old traditional award to them?

I understand how eb3 via company is done. Anyone know about eb2? is it just about masters or there are crazy a lot of requirent?
