As the title suggests really, am planning a trip out to finnieston and was wondering if there are any public toilets in the area?

Wondering if anybody knows where I could get a fleece altered in Glasgow? I just need the body and sleeves of it shortened and I've contacted a couple of places and they've told me no because it's prom and wedding season which is understandable. Maybe I just need to wait until the winter, but if anyone knows anywhere that would do this for me before then please let me know
