Hi all, We plan to book to visit Mauritius next week and stay at the St regis hotel in Le Morne. We have a 1 year old so we plan to spend a big chunk of the trip on the beach / poolside. We saw the weather forecast for next week has some light rain and possibly a full day of thunderstorms.

Is weather usually predictable in that area and is rain usually intermittent with sunshine or would we expect cloudier non beach weather?

Would you recommend booking the trip or not?
