DO NOT play "drunk magic"

So for those of us that are 21+, there is a rules game for playing magic and drinking. I was introduced to this concept last night. And o boy, it was terrible.

The house rules for this one were "take a shot to":

Counter any spell

Tutor for any card

Reduce Commander cost

Bounce any permanent

If someone took a shot to to do any of those things, the targeted person could take a shot to counter that shot...can anyone see where this maybe got out of hand? I literally had a drink off against someone to counter their Silvala. Another 2 people were drinking so one persons land didn't get bounced. Needless to say, we didn't make it past turn 4 because everyone just forgot we were playing a game and ended up talking and goofing off.

Save yourself the hangover and time, just dont do it!!
